last year i bought a jacket in a med and have been happy with the way it fit. but i thought since i'll be r eturning to duluth, mn next year i would like to have the 3/4 length for that additional warmth. so i ordered the large thinking i could pack on some warmer sweaters. It was HUGE. So i ordered a med. and it was HUGE. my patience has run out. i think it's sad when the clothing companys think they have to size for the larger population with smaller sizes to make them feel better about themselves.

I love this coat - In fact this is the 2nd time I have bought the same one - the first one i had was getting so dirty that I couldn't get it clean so I bought another one - best coat ever - and so warm
I ordered this coat, but it turned out to have no form in the waist and looked too frumpy, and unflattering so I sent it back. It made me look fat, with or without layers on underneath. I think it would have been warm and seemed well-made. But I just did not like the style.
The coat was a little thinner and less warm than I expected, although nicely made. It arrived from an outlet store with a plastic anti-theft device on the cuff. The store handled the situation immediately and offered to send me a new coat and I could ship back old one.
I would recommend this coat with the caveat that it isn't as warm as noted.
