I bought this as a gift for someone else, but looking at the quality, I believe it is just as advertised. What really impressed me was the service. My local Colonie, NY store was out of the product, so the salesperson went on line, found a store that had the one I wanted in stock and proceeded to have it sent to me. Took a while but it was done with patience. The person on the other end was very busy but did go out of his way to help me. I am so impressed with the way the personnel helps the customer....as far as the merchandise, the fact that it is returnable for life speaks for itself!

I bought this coat for my daughter and was afraid it might be too "boxy" looking as she is tall and big, but she looks great in it and loves it! The fit is flattering and the coat is warm and light-weight, hood fits well with nice snug cuffs at the wrists, very comfortable. The brown is a nice, rich shade and faux fur trim is fun. Quality and great return policy keep me shopping at LL Bean.

This coat is wonderfully warm and cozy! It is comfortable and beautiful to boot! I bought the dark raspberry, and the color is exactly what I had hoped it would be! Not too dark, not too bright. It is worth every cent!
