I originally bought this jacket in white, size small. I'm 5'4" and 130 pounds, but the small was huge on me. The white was more off white, and did not look that great. I ended up exchanging it for an x-small in black. The x-small is still a little big on me, especially in the midsection. It almost seems like the jacket would be perfect for maternity wear. However, it is VERY comfy and VERY light. It is so light that I could squeeze it into a carryon if I wanted and it will still retain its insulating abilities (and I plan on doing this in the very near future).
The temperatures have not dropped below freezing yet, but so far it has kept me warm. I love how I don't need to wear a scarf to cover my neck and face so I have kept this rather than returning it over the fit issue. It is definitely not "tailored" fit, but does insulate well.
This is a terrific coat. Incredibly warm and cozy. When I opened the box, I was not initially certain that this coat would be warm enough because it is so light in weight. That lasted until our typical Wyoming cold and wind arrived. This coat has kept me soooo warm. Money well spent. Bring on the cold!
This is a nice parka and I thought about keeping it but I did return it. It was longer than I expected it to be even though it said Three Quarter. I am 5'4" so maybe I should have gotten a petite instead of a regular. I could have lived with the length but I also wasn't sure if I liked the hood. It seemed way too big. Maybe when the wind is blowing and it is very cold, I would think I should have kept it. I exchanged it for another parka which doesn't appear to be as long. Exchanges and returns are very easy at this store. I simply called and ordered the replacement and the Customer Service Rep. called UPS for a pickup the next day at my house. Very satisfied so far.
40 degree weather very comfortable, wore it in a rain storm didn't get wet, the length is perfect, just below the knee, plenty of pockets - and deep enough, hood velcro snap back so you can pull it back,or it down so wind and cold cant get in. I love it good investment.
