This coat is so great for my bus driving job and every day life. From zero degree inspections to grocery shopping in 30 degrees and walking 3 miles with my hounds. I can't say enough about this coat. I bought dark brown. The hood keeps my cheeks warm on walks and the knee length keeps my thighs warm. The waist is ample and so are the shoulders. The color compliments my olive skin. This coat even surpassed my husbands high standards of functionality.

I Love this coat, its has the room I need, its not heavy but warm. Color is great(white). I'm thinking of purchasing another one next winter but of a different color.Being able to wash in my washer is a plus.

This coat is warm, but it runs HUGE. I'm 5'2" and I wear a 4-6 in pants and a 2-4 in dresses. The XS PETITE in this coat is still so large that I look like I'm wearing a garbage bag. Thanks for making me feel skinny LLBean, but the sizing is way off the mark.
