ProsGreat Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I love this coat and am so glad that I finally got a 3/4 length down coat. I don't feel the cold at all and my husband is amazed that I now offer to walk our dog even on the coldest night. If I had had this coat when I lived in Buffalo, I might not have moved to a warmer climate. I especially appreciate the soft fleece cuffs inside the coat sleeves that prevent cold from getting up into the sleeves. They are much softer and effective than standard ribbed cuffs.

I needed a new down coat because the zipper on a previous coat I purchased (not an LLBean coat) broke. I'm petite, 5' 2", and ordered the Misses XS. It fits perfectly with a blazer underneath. I wore it in downtown Chicago with temps in the 15 degree range and a windchill of zero. I was toasty warm. Would recommend the ability to be able to cinch a little in the waist to provide some definition to a woman's figure.
This was a gift from my husband. A Med was ordered, but a Large sent. Thats understandable, but I was disappointed with the quality. I ordered a down coat from LLBean several years ago and it was very nice and lasted over 20yrs. I also think its overpriced. Customer service was so very nice. The coat went back and I don't think I will reorder it.
