Originally I ordered this coat in a medium (I've been wearing medium/large in everything I own since halfway thru highschool...) and it was GIANT. I sent it back and first got a small (which was giant) and now just received an xs, which is still giant. I'm not a small person--5'7'' 130 lb size 6...I can't believe an xs is too big for me. I'm terribly dissapointed because this would otherwise be a great coat--I haven't worn it outside yet since I'm probably sending it back, but it seems very cozy and I was getting hot in my apartment while I was trying it on (don't have the heat on yet either).
I would say it's a great coat, but if you're gonna buy it, DEFINITELY buy a size or two down. And if you're my size or smaller, forget it unless you want a tent!

I'm anywhere between a petite xs to a small. I ordered the petite xs (the smallest they can go), and it is still VERY ROOMY! The length is PERFECT. It is warm--even with one mid-weight layer underneath, which is a plus for me since I live in the windy city. The removable hood and removable faux fur is a plus. I wish they had smaller sizes though. Even if I layered 4x underneath, the coat still seems to be too roomy. Usually, I'm a size 4-6 in Jeans/tops. This petite xs feels like a Medium! Black or darker colors work best. White or lighter colors only make one look like the Michelin (sp?) tire lady, LOL.
Fantastic buy! I'm going to grad school in Michigan and have to wait for the bus...already this coat has made me the warmest at the bus stop. I'm 5-7, weigh 125 and the small fits with a sweater but not a bulky one. As noted before, the fur does block some vision but it has a zipper and can be removed. Glad I bought it!!
I have had this coat for about two weeks and wear it constantly for dog walking, running errands, shoveling snow. The length is perfect and the pink/red color is cheery and bright. It will take me through most of our MN winter. When it gets below zero, it probably won't be warm enough, even over a heavy sweater or polar fleece. So, for anything above zero, I definitely recommend this coat.
