This coat is perfect- lightweight yet warm. It has a two-way zipper for ease of movement, snap flap, etc ...everything a great coat needs. I'm happy that I fit in the Petite Large when most coats on the racks I would need an extra large just for have room for bulky sewaters. It was roomy enough with just the Large. The 2 pockets inside appreciated and the outside pockets have zippers. I'm a happy camper.

This is an attractive, warm coat that is able to withstand the cold New England weather. I spend a lot of time outside with my students, so I needed a coat that was reliable in unpredictable weather. I highly recommend this coat if you want warmth and style.
I'm heading to Yellowstone in January to play in the snow and needed the warmest coat I could find. Of course, I turned to the brand I've trusted for years, LLBean! It's stylish and very cozy, but wonder if it will be warm enough. It's rated to -30, but I've worn it in a breezy 35 and felt a chill. If I wear layers and keep moving I might be alright, but not yet confident it's the coat for the job. I'll report back after the trip!
