I was so looking forward to receiving this coat, as I am a teacher and need a longer, warm coat for playground duty in the winter. But I have to say I was quite disappointed in the coat when I tried it on. It didn't even cover my knees, and I am only 5'2". Plus I didn't care for the fur trim at all. It looked cheap. So I sent it right back the next day. I will say though, the dark raspberry color is fabulous, so I was very disappointed that I had to return the coat!!!
I was looking for a very WARM and LIGHT 3/4 length coat with a HOOD for my noon day walks. This coat meets meets all my expectations. I expect to be wearing this daily until March. The sleeves have a barrier against the cold. Pockets could be a bit larger/deeper, but that is only complaint. Most colors were sold out in my size, ordered the rasberry and enjoy its color.
I love this coat. I have had it a couple of days and the cold Canadian winter hit and I am nice and warm especially when I wear my matching mitts and my llbean boots. It has enough room that I can wear a sweater but still warm enough if I only wear a t-shirt. I love this coat!!
