I just received this coat yesterday and have worn it twice. I ordered the "dark raspberry" color, but it is actually pink, which is a bit disappointing. The coat is very light-weight, and I am a bit skeptical that it will keep me warm at -40F. But the outer material is very soft and feels nice, and I like that the zipper zips all the way up to my chin. The hood has an adjustable strap at the back, which is also a nice feature to keep the hood from flopping too far into your eyes. I am 5' 10" and I find the sleeves could be a little bit longer, or at least the inner cuff could be a bit longer to extend to your gloves. A waist draw-string would also help, as the coat is quite shapeless. There is an inner pocket in addition to the two outside ones, as well as a cell phone pocket. For the price, its quite nice jacket.
I can't say enough about this coat. I do not like heavy bulky coats. When I read the reviews of this item I thought I'd give it a try. This coat is very light, but very warm. I love the 3/4 length. The pockets could be a bit deeper, but besides that I've got no complaints. I usually wear a large, but I ordered an XL and I'm glad I did. I do not like a tight fit and the extra room alllows me to wear any sweater I wish and still feel unconstricted. I got the black color, after returning the paperwhite one. The paperwhite coat is pretty but it made me look two times bigger than I am. If you are a bigger size, I'd avoid this light color.
I was leary buying online without trying it on, but this is by far the best coat I've ever owned. Warm doesn't even describe the coziness you feel when you are in it. And the hood, is the best thing since slice bread. Everyone should have this coat!
