I expected this coat to be a lot warmer than it is. It's light and comfortable, but not very warm when the temperature drops even a little below freezing and a wind springs up. I live in a big city with lots of shade and "wind tunnels" yet even with layering I find my torso and especially my arms becoming cold. I also don't like the zipper and an always struggling to get it started. On a happier note, the hood is great.
I ordered this coat 2 days ago and received it at a fast rate, which I was very happy about, since it was very cold out today! I tried it on and it fit perfectly. Then I went outside in it ( the real test!) and was extremely warm, instead of usually frigid. so needless to say, I am a very satisfied first-time customer and will definitely be shopping at this website again!!
Nice coat, good color (teal) looks good on everyone. I have only one complaint: the faux fir around the hood is very cheap looking. I think a more substantial thicker fur would have been much better.
I have had one of these for my fourth winter. Last year bought the longer one. LOVE them both, and would buy another buy my color choice is sold out for the size. Can't find a single fault, only that it is sold out. Definitely should make more of the darker color choices. ;-)
