I bought this coat to wear to the Macy's Parade in NYC on Thanksgiving. It was frigid that day, and yet I stayed snug and warm. I have trouble staying warm, and this coat exceeded my expectations!
I am short. So is this coat. When I wear a long down coat, I look as though I am playing grownups. This coat is just the right length, light weight and warm as warm. I am thrilled with it.
When I took it out of the package, I thought it was kind of blah and style-less, but after wearing it for the past week, I Love It. It's comfortable. It's warm. It keeps me dry. My friends tell me I look good in it. It's a winner. It's a keeper. Give it a try. If there were more than five stars, I'd give them all to this coat.
I have never reviewed a purchase before, but I must in this case. After years of being too cold in the winter, I researched coats and settled on this one. I have made the perfect choice. We have already had single-digit temperatures this winter, and each time I wear this coat, I am proud to tell my husband, "I'm not cold!" What a delight to be cozy and warm! It has changed my entire outlook on the winter!
The fur makes the hood even better against the wind. The brown is a great, dirt-hiding color. It is comfortable, and I have received many compliments on it. I am so happy with this coat! No more shivering, no more chattering teeth!
