I purchased this coat for my wife ,she loved it ....she stopped by her sister's house one day and her sister's new dog jumped up on her tearing her coat ,she was absolutely devastated as this was the warmest coat she had ever owned,heartbroken she contacted LL Bean to see if they might possibly be able to repair it,to our amazement they supplied her with a BRAND NEW COAT @ NO CHARGE !!! Thank you LL Bean for the best customer service BAR NONE !!! ,she loves the coat super warm and light weight
This coat exceeded my expectations. It is light and extremely comfortable, and arrived just in time for snow and freezing weather. It is very warm without being too hot.
This coat is amazing! So warm, very soft, and flattering to a curvy figure. The hood is great for snowy days, and the cuffs in the sleeves are good with or without gloves.
My only complaint is that both the buttons on the hood popped off within a week of wearing the jacket! I would definitely recommend reinforcing the hood buttons before wearing the jacket out, without them the hood hangs funny and comes unzipped.
