This versatile jackets ability to be easily changed to accomodate a variety of weather conditions is what prompted me to buy it.It's like having 3 jackets.
I read all the reviews before ordering the Storm Chaser 3-in-1 Jacket for my husband. We live in Honolulu, and I thought this jacket would be wonderful to bring along for our travels. I am the same size as my husband, so I tried it on too. I agree with some previous reviews that something is not right with the liner's sleeves. They are extremely long and hard to put on. Your hand seems to be lost in there and cannot emerge. Maybe a different fabric would help? The collar is uncomfortable and also very stiff and hard and stood up. I am sorry that I need to return it, which is very unusual for me. If you can come up with another 3-in-1 jacket that is softer and kinder, I would definitely buy for both of us. Runs small. OK for milder temps but definitely not a winter coat. Thinsulate liner drags/pulls on whatever you are wearing when you put the jacket on, and the liner pulls out past the cuffs on the windbreaker. Very awkward. They should line the sleeves with a smoother, more slippery fabric that will glide over your clothes. OK over a short sleeve shirt. Shell is just a windbreaker-nothing more.
