I returned a jacket to LL Bean to have a zipper replaced. They could not do it so I was going to write it off. BUT LL Bean said they would REPLACE my old, worn jacket with a new one! WOW! My new jacket is wonderful, fits nicely, keeps the wind and rain and snow out. They even apologized because they could not match the orignina color but would I accept blue? Of course. To top it all off, I received a check from LL Bean for the difference between to cost of my old and new, blue jacket. The product is great and the courteous service is just outstanding. Thank you very much!
Onlu one complaint with jacket. When fleece lining is in, it tends to stick out where the sleeves end. Otherwise it was a great buy at the time. Currently wearing just the shell as weather is nice but it is great and holds up well in rainy weather.
