I ordered this in the saltwater blue and can only think that perhaps the fabric that is used for that color must be different than the fabric used for the other colors as I was very surprised in the low quality of the material despite the overall high ratings. it was very thin and appeared cheap on the outside and the inner was rough and scratchy. I ordered two different sizes to see if I wanted petite or regular and both were the same poor quality.

Perfect lightweight fleece

I love these jackets, they are the perfect layer for a cool day. I agree with a previous reviewer....please consider bringing back the cream color. It is a classic 'winter white' color and it looks great with everything!
I agree with a comment from one of the other reviewers. First year I bought one of these, I think if was in 2013/2014, I bought one in every color as the jackets were so soft inside and out. The next year I bought another one and the fleece indeed was very different, the quality was much poorer than the originals - inside of the jacket is scratchy and doesn't breathe - almost like a plastic feel. I thought maybe it was a one off for that color. The following year (2016) I bought 3 more as the ones from 2013/2014 were showing their wear! And indeed they all were that same cheap feeling material. The quality of the fleece is not up to par LL Bean and I won't be buying anymore of theses. Very sad.
The fabric on this fleece is soft but amazingly thin--almost like a heavy flannel sheet. Also, the fit is skimpy. I am 5'3" size 4 top and Small-Petite is fine for other LL Bean items but this one has barely-to-the-wrist sleeves. Zipper is very hard to engage. Can't recommend this one!
