Almost all my clothes come from LL Bean, and this item is not their usual high quality. I've worn it about 15 times and washed it twice, and by now the fabric looks overly worn -- the fleece tends to pill and mat quite a bit, and attracts lint which is hard to remove. It is warm and comfortable, but the somewhat light weight of the fleece doesn't hold its shape very well.
Love this jacket. I wanted something warm, but light weight to wear under my curling jacket, this is perfect. I normally wear a L or XL because I have broad shoulders I ordered this in XL. The sleeves were a little long, even for my long arms, but jacket was roomy enough for movement. Strangely, for polyester, the sleeves shrank after washing and it is now perfect. Love the zippered pockets. Wish I had ordered more. Also makes a great cardigan substitute for chilly evenings at home.
Perfect weight- warm enough, yet light and comfortable. Wicks away moisture when you sweat. Washes amazingly- never pills and stays soft. I usually wear a size 6, and the XS is fitted without being restrictive.
Prosgreat but buy in store.., ..to see the "true" color
I was so excited to find this great full zip with zippered pockets (so important, so your cell phone doesn't fall out!) so ordered one in Lilac WHICH I LOVE and bought the matching Cami, too... Have been looking for a while for a Pink lightweight fitted full zip fleece and when I saw they had this in Pink I immediately ordered it. Got it a few days later and was totally deflated. : ( "Pink Waterlilly" is more of a Coral color, not a true pink which is how it appears on screen. Maybe they messed up in the warehouse and put a "Peach Sherbet" one in my bag... but the labels (2) on the bag all said "Pink Waterlilly" but again this IS NOT A TRUE PINK so do not buy if you want a true pink - like bubblegum - pink fleece. I returned mine the next day and found another on a different site.
Annoying that I got something that was not as described as I was so looking forward to having a pink fleece to go with my beautiful pink scarves.. and having to deal with calling LL Bean, waiting on hold, having to re-pack, make copies of the labels, shipping it back, etc. totally not what I had in mind when ordering.. but the Lilac color... is SPECTACULAR - I wore it yesterday and it is sooooo comfy! This jacket is so soft, lightweight, fits beautifully and is a lot lighter than I thought which is great so I can wear it at work and not "melt"! I recommend this jacket in any color other than pink waterlilly - if you are looking for a truly pink jacket, that is. Otherwise this jacket is FAB. Just FYI to be careful if you want a true pink jacket - you may get something that is more "coral" than pink. At least I love my lilac one - and oh, don't forget to buy the matching cami!
