ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, very packable
I've had this in black over a year and loved it so much I ordered in another color. Super lightweight, but warm when needed, breathable when not so much.
The fleece is warm without being bulky; nice for places like drafty waiting rooms. I do wish, though, that the more subtle men's colors were available in women's.
