This latest jacket is a big disappointment. The fabric is thin and the fit is slightly different from previous ones - tighter through the hips, looser in the sleeves. I live in Fitness Fleece and hope that this one is an anomaly. Returning it.
What would I do without these fleece jackets??? I have 3 (or maybe 4??). I wear them thru-out cool weather season in our 68F house. I love all the pockets -- with a pet care business, I have plenty of room to stash keys, treats, and you-know-what bags. I have a fitness fleece vest, too, which I WISH that Bean would bring back!!! That vest is truly THE most versatile garment in my wardrobe. Great for travel, airplanes -- just enough layer for warmth, no bulk, easy to pack even in a purse. I've had this vest for years --- would love a new one! or 2 or 3.....
I have several fitness fleece jackets that I love and I was anxious to get a new color. However, I am disappointed - the quality of the fabric seems very cheap and doesn't feel nearly as nice as the ones I have.
I have 8 of these jackets. Living in Oregon, this is a perfect weight for indoors and outdoors. It is a perfect layering piece. It is my go to jacket. I am am 5'7' 170 lbs, and 68 years old. I buy a 2x women because I like my clothing loose. I wish they were an inch longer but I love everthing else about this jacket. I do question the zip pocket on the sleeve---I would prefer it on the side front top like many rain jackets have - easier to reach. I would like more colors - a turquoise would be nice. Love the cobalt blue, collegiate blue, red and black and coral. My lilac must be replaced as the dog liked the zipper a little too much.
