About a year ago I bought two of the hooded versions of this fleece and have worn them countless times because I love them. The fitness fleece is lightweight, warm, breathable, and excellent for layering. They also pack well for travel without wrinkling too much. I have washed them multiple times and although they look more worn now, they have held up overall really well. If it is extremely cold I usually go for a heavier sweatshirt or fleece, but I wear these by far the most.
I recently bought this version and it is soft and fits well. Plan on buying more for myself and also think this would make a nice gift. They are true to size, I wear a size small and the small fits well without being too tight or loose.
This is a light weight fleece so I find it provides just the perfect amount of warmth with NO ITCH. It's a great layer over a long sleeve T-shirt and I love the variety of colors. The cut is slimming. It fits true to size but I hang it to dry to keep it from shrinking over time and to keep the color true. I wear a size 10 and I ordered a medium.
Once upon a time you knew what you were getting with an LLBean purchase. This item represents a change.The quality, fit and durability is no different than the stuff found everywhere in discount stores. the price to the consumer is low, but to llBean...too high.
