I exoected it to be an outdoor warmer jacket I love the jeans I ordered at the same tim and have washed jeans I haven't worn or washed the jacket not for this season the jacket isn't fleece!!
This jacket is soft, perfect thickness for casual wear in fall and spring and a beautiful color. It's a bit narrow in hips compared to earlier fleece purchases but I still love it.
This jacket is warm and comfortable. I have two of the fitness vests and love them so I ordered the jacket too. I ordered the fiery red. It is a very bright red, but a nice addition to winter's dark colors. I always order a small, and this fits me nicely. The sleeves are a tad bit long, but I like them that way. The jacket fits well over a light weight sweater. I plan to wear this indoors as well on those days when the temperature is below zero here in northern Minnesota.
I've just ordered two more of these; my first has lasted me through two winters and will keep going for many more, I'm sure. It is the ideal layer over a cotton turtleneck or any light sweater. Mine gets used for three seasons, for walking, biking or horse riding, with its two zippered outside pockets, two inside , and that great little zippered sleeve pocket for iPod or cellphone. I wish I could have one in every color. Love 'em.
