Nice light layer for layering, or wearing inside. I’m 5’8” and the arms in a medium are long enough, as is the body. Please--- add more colors, navy would be great!
I would be lying if I didn't admit that I wear this fleece quite a lot...but I've been disappointed at the pilling of the interior face of the fleece (the side near the body). After a month or two of frequent use, it looks pretty worn to me...not that I'll stop wearing it, because it is great for cool evenings or in air conditioning in warm weather...but I do wish that it had "held up" for a while longer before pilling up.
I first bought this fleece jacket in January 2008 in the beautiful color, DEEP CYAN (bright turquoise). I loved it so much I bought two more in different colors right away. When I wear this bright color fleece while hiking my husband says he can always find me in the woods! I wear these fleece jackets all the time. They can be doubled up for warmth and or contrast/effect. The lightness of this jacket makes it perfect for indoor wear or as a light layer under a winter coat. The zip pockets are great also. The care of this jacket is so easy that I hardly ever wear my wool sweaters anymore. One special request of LL Bean: please bring back the DEEP CYAN color -- mine is going to wear out sometime and I'd like another one!
