I have many of these jackets and a couple of the quarter zip ones as well.
I would really love to have these jackets with a waist and a longer tunic length. I wear them as tops, not jackets and they would be perfect with a little shape in the waist and a length long enough to cover the back when worn with leggings and slim pants.
They are very versatile and wash and wear well. Some of mine have started to pill but I still love them since the colors are not currently available. How about some neon colors?
I got this jacket about 6 months ago and have worn it consistently except during the heat of summer. It has a slim profile (not too slim!), so fits well under coats. It is very warm and light. I am about to get 2 more for my daughter and sister to wear while walking the Camino de Santiago. Highly recommend!
A friend let me borrow this jacket on an unusually cool day when I was visiting and I wanted to take it home with me. Bought my own and love it. Lightweight but warm (not hot). Fits snugly but not tight. Easy to get on and off. Pockets for both hands. Small pocket on sleeve for ID, phone, cash, or i-Pod. Nice to wear inside on chilly days to keep the heat turned down. A great piece to layer with when outside depending on weather...with t-shirt underneath for cool days, long sleeve t-shirt or lightweight sweater for cooler days, camisole & t-shirt for coldish days. Doesn't take up much space in suitcase or backpack. Washes well. Wish I had had this jacket in the past...it's that good IMO.
I first bought the red one. I loved it. The fit is great. Even my kids told me how beautiful I looked wearing it. It has a a nice silhouette. It is very thin. It's not heavy that you can wear it in warm days but you can also wear it in chilly days as it keeps you protected. It is very soft, easy to wear, easy to drive in and work. I have to admit I do not use it for fitness. I work at an elementary school with younger children, I need to wear layers to keep up with the temperature changes in different parts of school. This jacket has worked wonders for me. It is great to layer, fits well, feels well and looks well. I have bought two more, the black and the blue. I recommend this jacket to anyone who is looking for to layer and not to wear cardigans everyday. Also, it washes well.
