I have this jacket in the chocolate brown color. I love the weight and fit of this jacket. I may order another color! I am small busted, but larger hipped, and between a small and a medium size. I ordered a medium. That was the correct size. I wanted something to wear/carry when I go to a restaurant, or to watch my husband perform (music) that was fairly casual, but NOT a sloppy zip up sweatshirt. I'm only 5ft tall, so I need something slighly fitted or it would look bulky. This fit the bill perfectly. It could even be a bit more fitted at the waist, but it's fine. It's light weight, so not much to carry, but keeps the chill off. I saw someone mention the sleeves shrinking. That would be okay for me because the sleeves are a little long now. I could afford a couple of inches..but I may just try to avoid the dryer. ;-)
I have ordered this jacket in several sizes, each time hoping it would fit me. I love the weight and feel of the of the fabric. I am 5'8" tall, small busted, with a defined waist. The jacket is simply too big in the bust and midriff. I wish LL Bean would offer more styles, including pants, that fit women who do not have a large mid-section.
I just love my llbean fitness fleece jacket! It fits true to size and has the nicest feel to it. It's so soft and comfortable. If you are looking for a lightweight fleece, you've got to try this one. It's great because it doesn't take up much room and I can manage to take it along with me in my mid-sized bag. I love the color (aqua) and the zipper pockets. I plan to buy at least one more.
