The LL bean fitness fleece rarely makes into my closet. I wash and wear it right out of the dryer. I wear it as a shirt or as an extra layer. I have two but I may get a third!
I bought my first fleece jacket whiles on vacation in Maine and loved it!! It is fitted and the perfect weight for those cold winter days. I then had to buy another..... It's the jacket that everyone borrows when they come to visit.
I can't say enough about this jacket. I now own 3. It the first thing I grab in the morning to make sure I have one with me at all times in case I get a little chilly. It is the softest fleece I have ever worn. I wear it around the house all the time to take the chill off, and under my other jackets if I feel I need another layer to stay warm. It is so thin you can wear it under anything, yet remarkably because of the fit, it keeps you incredibly warm. Please don't ever stop making this jacket, I will definitely be buying another one sometime in the future, not because they have worn out, but just to have another color. My oldest fitness fleece jacket is 3 years old and still looks great.
I have gotten plenty of compliments on the color of this fleece. It is very lightweight (perfect for a cool summer night)--it has a nice fit, not too fitted, not too loose. My only complaint would be the sleeves seem a little shorter than I would like. I seem to always be tugging them down. Otherwise, it is a very comfy lightweight fleece.
