I was so disappointed with this item that I returned it. The quality was cheap--it seemed poorly made. The body was baggy, and the sleeves too short. I ordered a regular small, which fit more like a petite medium.
This fleece is really thin, not warmer than the average turtleneck, and doesn't hold it's shape well, seams pucker. The stretch is good, and the fit really good. Fine if you want something really light.
