I have bought a few of these, usually in black because it goes with everything, I take them everywhere even in summer when the air conditioning in places drives me crazy. I do wish the length was shorter, I liked them a couple of inches shorter as they were made a couple of years back. and, I am so fed up of the color choices. The "new" colors listed are the same as, or very close to, ones I have in my closet. I just checked out the Thistle color, already have that from 2 or 3 years ago. A couple more choices of blue shades would be great. Don't ever stop selling these!!
I have a very very veryold LL bean 3/4 zip lightweight fleece (has stood the test of time, YAY ll bean) when the older style was shorter....maybe it's cuz i'm older now but I like the bum covering length! I am also new to full zips, and i really like the versatility.....makes it dressier, and great for those hotflashes LOL Also I am between sizes, so it's a tad roomy but drapes well (when standing) and is completely flattering for a short waisted person with small hips; enough so that i can wear it over my work clothes. The pockets do not create bulk at all. It's verycold now, but this works as an underlayer or house sweater, and will be perfect for spring and fall hiking and bopping around town.
Although i have finally learned to wear neutrals, i just HAD to have the plum rose PINK NOW!!!
I recently spent twice as much on a similar jacket....but i like this one better! I can see another one of these in my near future.
Purchased this full zip fleece in a small cream colour -- I igh 145 lbs. an am between 5'7" and 5'8" tall. I have had the 1/4 zip feece in the past and liked it but wanted the full zip for ease. Fit is the same; good lines and not box but quite generous in the fit. Lots of room to layer underneath. I like it so much with the full zip I may order it in black, too! This fleece is thinner, great for cool summer nights or transitional times as well as to layer with other items.
Fabric was very too thin and didn't look as though it was good quality. I wanted a light jacket that would be warm and have resistance to the wind, so returned this jacket and reordered the Wind Challenger Fleece. Sizing was correct on the Fitness Fleece jacket..
