I have 2 of these fitness fleece tops in quarter zip that have been washed and worn many times. Today I received 2 of the full zip jackets, 1 in forest grove (same as one of the old quarter zips, I think) and the other in beeswax. When looking at the old and new greens, I would not be able to tell which was old and which was new. As far as the beeswax, I was truly pleasantly surprised. On my computer it looks kind of like mustard. In reality, it is the softest, yummiest yellow you could ever imagine. If you are looking for a heavy-weight fleece, pass this by and go for the comfort fleece. These are intended to be lighter weight active wear and that is exactly what they are...only much nicer for wearing on other occasions as well!
Bought one for my wife. She swears it is comfortable but perfect weight and breathability. The color was a bit fuddier than in pic but she wants a new one already
Last year I purchased a pullover/half zip Fitness Fleece and have loved it. I live in a cold winter climate but once I am at work often encounter a very warm building. I cannot wear sweaters at work for this reason, so the fleece is just right. Because I like my pullover so much, I ordered a full zip jacket. It arrived today and I am just as pleased. Comfortable and nice shaping to the fit. I am 5'8" and 165 pounds. The medium is just right in the pullover because it is a straight fit, and I ordered a large for the full zip which has also been fine because of the shaping lines. I ordered it in the Forest Green color. My pullover has held up wonderfully with washing. No pilling, and it fights stains. I splattered spaghetti sauce on it one night and even though it was a couple of hours before I could get to a sink to wash it out, no trace was left. I also ordered the full zip because I have a West End Hooded Soft Shell coat that needs just a light layer in windier/colder weather. My regular LL Bean fleece is too heavy to go underneath the coat. The full zip Fitness Fleece fits just right under the coat...not too heavy, and adds that little extra that I needed. I'm very happy and plan on ordering both pullover and full zip in other colors. One note: the Forest Grove is not as dark as it looks in the photo on the web site. It is more of a Christmas green than a dark.
I bought this fleece before winter for something to throw on for the fall. I was shocked with how thin it was, but I put it on it was so warm! I got it in black and it was really slimming! The arm pocket is great for an iPod or money, etc. I loved this fleece so much, it looked great under a jacket for a layer, or paired with a scarf. I'm ordering another one because my dog chewed the one I have now. Can't wait for another one!
