I ordered this as a Christmas gift, knowing how much I like mine from 3 yrs. ago. Because I shipped it to the home of a relative, I did not actually open the package until 12/23. I was shocked at how different it is from the one I own. If I had time, I would have returned it. Other than the color, it was a big disappointment to me. The fleece is very thin, no substance to it. My niece, the recipient, was satisfied with her gift, but when I offered to return it, she said "no, it's ok, Bean has changed a lot of their things." She should know because she is a very consistent Bean customer.
The jacket is very thin and too short. However, what I am most upset about is the zipper pocket on the arm. It is sewn on the inside of the sleeve (with the zipper ends sticking out) and leaves my arm feeling itchy and irritated long after I take the jacket off.
