In fairness to the garment, my lower rating is based solely on the inaccuracy of the color represented as Forest Grove. I have not tried this fleece on to check its fit. I got two of these fleeces last year; if this model fits the same, I would give it five stars for fit alone. My problem with this green fleece is it is nothing like the color shown online. Please be aware that if you order the Forest Grove you will receive a vivid kelly green fleece! I am not misrepresenting this shade when I say this. I had expected a more muted, somewhat subtle green; the model suggests a green with a touch of blue in it, as would be the case with a more spruce-like green. The actual green would be perfect for St. Patrick's Day and is too bright to be a go-to garment in my wardrobe. I am very disappointed and am sending it back. I find the remaining color selections very uninspired, so I will not be replacing it.
I love most LLBean products. I bought this in Beeswax. The pockets are lined in black which shows through to the outside. It pilled from wearing and after washing on gentle/cold, it pilled more. The construction is excellent and great design of zippered pockets and seams but after a few wearings it wasn't very presentable. It is lightweight so that might be a plus or minus for a purchaser. I think dark colors would be okay because the linings wouldn't show through. The light color Beeswax was beautiful but picked up everything and got dingy quickly.
I love this Jacket , I got it in the orange/red color. it brightens the day, Great for layering , Love the little pocket in the arm. I can put my keys or horse treats in it , and I like the zippers on the pockets, All in all a great light weight jacket, ! I am getting another one :-)
Please offer this in PETITE since you made it longer it looks very matronly, 5'4" I am considered average. Also a better selection of colors would be nice.
