As soon as cold weather comes (which is pretty early here in Maine) I practically live in these fleeces...they are very lightweight, yet provide an excellent warming layer without bulk...I use them as a lightweight jacket, layer them under my H2Off rain jacket, layer them over a tank, tee, or long sleeve shirt, they always deliver...I noticed a change in the fabric since the first Fitness Fleeces I purchased several years ago, but the quality remains outstanding...best of all, they come out of the washer and dryer looking just as good as they did the day I bought them...my only complaint is that my favorite style (full zip jacket) seems to sell out awfully fast!
I have this fitness fleece jacket in black and ivory and I love it. Lightweight and warm. Perfect for Southern California evenings.
So I decided to order it in Fire which online looked like a tomato-y red color. When I received it, I was shocked -- it is ORANGE, and a pretty bright orange at that. The color description of "fire" is very misleading. And best of all, I get to pay $6.50 to ship it back to return it.
Love, love, love this jacket. Have been wearing them for years. The new navy is lovely. I'm 5'1" weigh 112 and the medium is good. Need to roll back the sleeves a bit, but not a problem. But PLEASE I need something in the brown family!
I buy a couple of these fleece jackets every year as I wear them year round and always take a few on my travels--have more than a dozen of them in various colours.. I must say I really LOVE the new longer fit of this years design. Also the Rich Turquoise is a most vivid perfect turquoise colour that looks nothing like the washed out blue pictured in the online order page.As turquoise is my favourite colour I have ordered a 2nd jacket in the same colour---looks fabulous!!
