I don't understand why there are so many complaints about this item. These fitness fleece jackets are very nice. They are light and soft like butter. They are not the warmest fleece, but they are not meant to be. They are just the right warmth for layering in the winter without bulk, or for transitional seasons. The inside is made of smooth polyester, which allows you to easily slip this over a baselayer. I find the length to be just right, and I am only 5'2". Why would you want a short, skimpy jacket? The cut is not skimpy, but is right on trend. I plan to buy these in a few colors.

I still love them. Ive bought two every year since they were introduced. Just the perfect lightweight fall or spring workout layer in NE PA. I wear the same size as always. I do not find them too long, at 5'3". The length is a touch longer, nothing crazy, better coverage when working out. No air getting through to your belly if you raise your arms which is an improvement in my opinion. The fabric is still soft in the mulberry color. If anything, it wicks sweat better. Considering it is called FITNESS fleece, that is what I expect. Still a lightweight breathable fleece for in-between weather workouts. My two cents, give it a shot if you exercise outdoors in cool weather. If you want a warm layering fleece, try this or the comfort fleece.
Have worn the fitness fleece jackets for a number of years now.......and have just loved them. I wear them 24/7 pretty much year around. I always got lots of compliments on them. I went to order some more and noticed some of the reviews had said the style was now longer and the inside was not fleece. I ordered just one in hopes that the review was wrong. The reviewer was not wrong.......the fitness fleece jacket was very disappointing. It is too long, the inside is not the same material, and now has a sloppy look to it. I will keep the one I just ordered as too much hassle to send back, but I won't be ordering anymore. Please, please, please bring back the orgional Fitness Fleece Jacket.
Love these Fitness Fleeces - but really don't like the colors this year. To "Blah" The Deep Red is not really red at all - from the description and photo I thought it would be true red...but it is sort of washed out cranberry. How about bringing back some vibrant colors - these are all unappealing. I recommend the fitness fleece - just not these colors.
