I have purchased this item twice. Each time the zipper broke after about 10 washings. The first time returned for refund and purchased another. The second time I found the zipper pull in the dryer, however looking at the website it is no longer available in black. That leaves me with a zipperless fleece. The jacket is nice, but the zipper is flimsy. Disappointed in the quality from LL Bean which usually sells well made products.
This jacket is so soft, I really like the styling. I am sometimes just a little short for regular and a little tall for petite, and that is the case with this jacket so I'll be returning it. If the fit were right, though, I would definitely keep it!
Very disappointed. Ordered two of these different colors about a year ago and shrunk. Especially noticeable sleeves. Like two to three inches. Totally bummed!
