I love this sweater. It is warm, comfortable, fits very well, and actually receives many compliments. I wear it all year -- it's great on the boat in the summer, in the house in the winter, etc. The only problem I have is that I seem to have worn the sweater so much that it has pilled a bit. Not uncommon for sweaters of this type, and certainly not a design flaw -- just a testament to how much I wear it.
FOUR AND A HALF STARS. Features I love: value for price; button front for quick response to changes in temperature; option to button collar up high when the wind comes up or the dogs take longer than expected; large buttons for ease of use; long enough that there is no chilly gap at waist; great colors (I am ordering another color or maybe two). Feature that detracts from an optimum customer experience: pilling; looks ratty after little wear. But I wear it anyway almost every day around the house because it is still the best wardrobe solution for me when not in the public eye.
