I bought this sweater in the dark brown, and I liked it a lot but it was a little itchy the first time but after I wore it for a few hours, it stopped. It gets chilly where I work and it kept me really warm without the bulk or the weight. I bought another one in the mineral green, and the darker blue lastyear as well. My boss Valerie has one in the dark blue as well and she loves it. A girl Astrid I work with has the light blue one, and another girl Jill has one in the creamy white color, and they both love theirs as well. So this sweater is a big hit at my company and it washes well too. You can put this in the machine on delicate and it washes well without piling. I bought one for my stepdaughter and she loved it in the light blue. When she went to visit her mom in OHIO she wore it, and her mom loved it.
This is a great sweater that goes with everything. It's easy to dress up for work or toss on over a tshirt for weekend. The only problem is that it needs to be handwashed, which it totally shouldn't be if it's an acrylic blend, so, a star gets taken away.
I bought three of these when they first came out, brown, green and blue. They are probably three years old now, I wear them all winter to work, I'm an attorney and wear them to court. I like that they are warm if I need to keep the chill of a cold courtroom off, but also, if the heat is up, I'm not over heated. I have received complements on all three, very nice. They go well with my woolens, but surprisingly, i wore one with a silk dress and got complements! I'm glad I found them, they just keep looking as nice as the day I received them!
