The flannel sheets are the softest I have ever had. Even after repeated washings, (3 years) they are still nice. We have found that the natural colour keep there softness longer. We have ordered the green and they do hold their colour well but are not as good at remaining so soft and cuddly. Also we have found that the fitted sheet will fit over a tall mattress and two feather mattress covers! No popping off. They are the only flannel sheets we will purchase. They were greatly appreciated as well when we gave them as Christmas presents.
I just ordered my third set of these sheets and will order them again when these 3 wear out. They are much softer than some I ordered elsewhere years ago.
I am very disappointed in my new flannel sheets because of the extreme pilling. I just redecorated my bedroom and have plush cocoa brown carpet. It is constantly covered with little white pills from my new sheets. I have been a loyal Bean shopper for years and have purchased many bedding products as well as lots of other items. I have never had a problem with anything before, including your flannel sheets. Although it inconvenient to return them I don't think I can deal with the mess these sheets are causing in my new bedroom. I have also experienced itchy, dry skin ever since I am sleeping on these sheets!
I love these sheets. They are thick and the quality is great. They don't pill but we have had shedding or lint but washing them takes care of it. I am expecting that to end with more use. We have had these for about 4-6 weeks and I would recommend them and purchase more in the future.
