These sheets felt great right out of the package, but within the first night of use they were pilling badly. After 5 nights the texture had gotten very rough and I was waking up with hair and PJs full of blue lint. There is even blue fuzz collecting in the corners of our bedroom! After only 5 nights! I'm sending them back.
Wonderfully soft, and they fit my bed nicely, although I suspect that if I had a very thick mattress, that fitted sheet wouldn't be fitting nearly so well. I'm not having the pilling problem other reviewers are talking about (and I bought bright orange sheets, so surely I'd notice if there were little balls of orange fluff everywhere....). They did leave the lint filter in the dryer full of orange lint, but that's a given with flannel.
I just received the flannel sheets - buffalo plaid. They are really nice. The pillowcases are a really nice, generous size. The comforter cover is also a nice size. The flannel is soft and sturdy. I'm very happy with this purchase. Now, we're ready for winter!
