My girlfriend and I were at the Freeport ME store in October, and we were wandering the vast variety of buildings that LLBean has on it's campus. That is when we stumbled upon the flannel sheets. First we were flabbergasted that such a product existed. Then the we talked with the sales person there at the store. We considered that since I myself am a heater when I sleep, I thought I would get too hot. However, these sheets have not been a problem. I get really hot when I sleep, but these flannel sheets keep the heat under you as you sleep, not on top of you or around you. A must have for new england winters, and my girlfriend loves it. Very durable, and doesn't shrink when washed. I've had the sheets for almost 4 months now, and they still look brand new, and show little wear. A must have.
I bought the Navy Plaid sheets first a few months ago. I was immediately in love with them from the first moments out of the package. I was impressed by their weight and their softness. They have held up well through weekly washings and have created minor acceptable dryer lint. I bought the Red and Black plaid sheets more recently and they appear to be of the same excellent quality as the Navy Plaid sheets and have come out of their first laundering looking great.
I purchased these sheets for my parents as a Christmas gift. My father loves flannel sheets and has several sets. He told me he'd never owned a set of sheets that were more comfortable. I am not a flannel sheet person AT ALL. I am always hot and like to be cool when i sleep. Well these sheets are amazing! They are not like most flannel sheets! they arent too hot but keep you warm all night. and they are incredibly soft!! i would reccomend them to any one !
