I purchased a flat sheet to use as a summer blanket last year. It is as soft as ever after many washings. No fading or pilling, or shrinking. I plan to order a couple more.
Ive bought flannel sheets from LLBean before (in fact they are on my bed right now) but this new batch pilled right after I washed them once so badly that I am shipping them back- Was the fabric changed?
I love LLBean and have come to rely on and expect quality and value. While these sheets are well made, they piled up immediately after the first wash. I had to double check the label to see that it was actually from LLBean. I couldn't believe that it had not been tested for quality:(
They are everything they are advertised to be. They launder well, dry well, keep their shape and don't get covered with "pills" like some flannels do. Very pleased...
