This back pack is so strong, high quality material and I believe it can last for years. That challange my son when carry the back pack, especially his class is at the second floor. So he needs to roll the back pack thru the stairs. But so far , this rolling back pack is still in the great shape !
ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, perfect size for travel
This was the perfect size travel bag. My sister and I both took one of these on a recent trip to NYC. We wanted to travel light and with ease. This bag was sturdy and had three indiviual good sized compartments which kept things organized. It also had multiple smaller inner compatrments for those small things you need to keep track of. We used it as a backpack to manuver heavily congested side walks and easly swithed over to the pull handle when we wanted too. We enjoyed using this bag and look forward to using it to "travel light and with ease" on future trips.
ProsDurable, Performing as Expected, no water holder
This is a great backpack, however, it doesn't have a water bottle holder and my kids school requires that they bring one. My daughter has to put her water bottle inside the backpack. After three times of cleaning out a flooded backpack, wet books, and wet homework, I'm going to send it back. Otherwise, the backpack is fine structurally, using it for four months, no other problems than the missing water bottle holder.
I got this bag for carrying materials I use for tutoring and as a weekend travel bag. It's large enough for my 15 inch laptop and for a 5-day visit with family. I'm hoping it will fit in overhead storage on most airplanes. It is well made. Seam allowance is covered, as are zippers. Zipper pulls are easy to find.
It holds my tutoring materials easily and is extremely maneuverable even carrying several books and a laptop. The handle is a comfortable height: I don't have to bend over to reach it. It's easy to lift in and out of the car, since there's a fabric handle on top and straps on the sides. Two smaller front pockets make organization of smaller items easy.
I haven't turned it over to airline luggage handlers and I hope I won't have to, but if I do I know it will come through just fine.
I really like that this bag stands up by itself, allowing me to have both hands free. I could have paid a lot more for a similar bag but I decided to buy this one, knowing that it is backed by the LLBean guarantee.
