Overall, I am very pleased with my daughter's new backpack. It seems to be durable, and it has plenty of room for all of her books. I ordered the pink plaid Rolling Deluxe Book Pack. The picture on the web very clearly shows a pink handle on the pink plaid pack. The pack that I received has a lavender handle. That was a bit disappointing to me, but my daughter doesn't seem to be bothered by it.
I love this backpack! I am a 44 year old student. I am in my second semester back at college and this is my third back pack on wheels and hopefully my last one that I will have to buy. The first two I purchased at the college bookstore and they both either ripped or broke. I am disabled and can not carry a back pack, so it has to be on wheels. I saw a girl at school with one from LL Bean and I got the great idea to look on line for one. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. Well, it is a great back pack. Plenty of room for all of my books and paraphanalia. The wheels turn on a dime, and the handle is very sturdy. I highly recommend it. It has just enough compartments in it, and I got the pink plaid one, it's very stylish.
I bought this for my son and thought it would be good for him since he is a bit on the small framed side. I find that the rollers are only suitable for smooth surfaces, it does not roll well on our gravel/dirt driveway. It is also very heavy! Between the weight of his bag plus the weight of the books and things for homework, it was just too much. Plus the pull handle is not very comfortable when carrying on the back. I would not buy a bag like this again.
