My wife and I purchased this item for our 11 year old daughter for her school books. She seemed to be bringing ALOT of books and work home with her after school and we wanted something that would last a long time, not just this year. The Bean Deluxe Book Pack is the real deal! It is roomy with several pockets for different items and carries alot of stuff. The wheels are top quality and the pack handles very well when rolling behind you. Even the handle is colored to match the pack!! The only improvement I would make is an outside pocket for a water bottle. It most definately will last a very long time, maybe even through college!!! I purchase this rolling deluxe book pack for my daughter. She is in the 2nd grade this book pack work out great for her. Especially for her notebook and agenda that she have to carry with her other books. She will be very excited for Christmas because have a rolling book pack. She have been asking for a rolling since the first of school until I seen LLbean on television and I order one. I just recevied her book pack today. Great book pack that LLbean put out for Children and adults good job!!!!!!!!!!
Yes it was pricey- however, this back pack is built to last! My son drags massive amounts of books to middle school and back and he loves it! No more back pain!
