We've had the backpack for several months and my 10 year old has put it to the test. So far, he has not knocked the wheels off, even though he bounces it down three flights of steps at school. I don't know how he would be able to carry the amount of books he brings home each night, so I am glad for the wheels. It's nice that it can be monogrammed because other kids in his class have the same one and he can easily tell them apart.
As an older "non-traditional" student this pack has literally saved my back! Being a nursing student, I have several obnoxiusly large books to haul around and this bag has been a lifesaver. I ordered the red and love the color, and the pack is very durable. I've had to stretch that zipper over books more than a few times (with no problem). Also several pockets make it easy to stay organized. Would definitely recommend!
I purchased this for my petite daughter who is in the 6th grade. It seemed that she was carring her weight in books. This packback has solved the bulk of this problem. She has had less back pain since using this bag. It is also just as roomy as any other back-packs she has used even though it has wheels. There are ample compartments to place all her supplies and her lunch box. I am very happy with this purchase.
My daughter wanted a rolling back pack and I wanted a good quality one for the price. We looked at several and settled on this one. I love that she's not carrying her heavy books on her back, how smooth the wheels roll and how roomy it is inside. She loves that she can fit everything in it, including her lunch bag, and that it has her name on it. Now my son wants one, too, and I'm buying him the same one!
