My daughter loves her rolling backpack! It is very durable and has more then enough space for he school work and anything she brings with her every day. She used to drag her back packs on the ground and now she can just roll it!
My daughter LOVES the color (lime green), but there is no water bottle holder and it doesn't fit all her books. It needs a handle on top to carry in and out of the house, prior to rolling into school. We use the small loop for manual carries.
I bought 3 of these backpacks, and after seeing the quality, I bought another for my wife (a teacher). The wheels are superior to any rolling backpack that I have ever seen and the pack is excellent for kids. I did not give this 5 stars as I have had problems with the zipper on my son's pack. He forced the zipper and it broke. LL Bean exchanged it with no problem. I talked with him about being careful with it (he is in kindergarten) and he was excited when his new pack arrived. Within a week, something inside his pack got caught in the zipper and it broke trying to get it out. I was trying to be very careful with unjamming the zipper, but it broke just the same. I am not sure if I will send it back again or not. I may take it to a tailor to see if I can get a better zipper installed.
Just to note, I have not had any problems with the zippers on the other 3 packs that I have purchased.
