My son received this back pack in August. He wears it primarily and rolls it occassionally. The bottom where the wheels are and the straps for carrying are shredded to bits. The bag was a bit too pricey for such a silly fault. There should be double reinforced straps or straps with clips that can't be shredded by getting under the wheels with light rolling. You have to decide to roll or carry, not both.
