I received this as a gift. The reason I rated it at only 2 stars is that although you can run it on solar power, crank power, battery power, there is no plug included to run in on electric power (although there is a place for a plug) I wanted to to use this radio on a regular basis, in addition to keeping it for emergencies, so I contacted the distributor and bought a cord/plug for about $17.00 including shipping. It shocks me that this is not included with the radio, especially for the price. Caveat emptor.
