Dependable, like the digital radio station display, time is displayed when radio is turned off. . . great sound. Nice flashlight on the side to include a red flashing emergency light. Makes me feel secure in knowing if there is a power outage or I run out of batteries, the wind-up feature is a wonderful alternative. Recommend highly! Great color choices too!
After being unprepared last year when we got hit with a big snow storm and lost power for 3 days I vowed I would not have to go out and sit in a cold truck to get the latest weather report on the radio. So, I bought the Emergency Weather Radio. It gets great reception. The weather station for our area comes in clear as a bell. I also like the fact that you can use batteries or crank it up manually. Great little gadget. I liked it so much I also bought one for my brother.
