Coolest radio ever! We set it out in the sun for about 2 hours and the clock on the radio was still working 2 days later without batteries! The flashlight is a dark-piercing brightest ever light and the emergency flashing red light is a nice touch. The sound on the radio is clear; weather stations easy to access. We wanted something to take to the beach and camping, and this is the perfect item! It's light, easy to pack, very portable, and with so many features, what's not to love?
I purchased this radio with the intention of being able to hear the 3 radio stations in our area (2fm and 1 am) while out working. This radio will not pickup any reception whether I am in a building, vehicle or out in the middle of a pasture. However, I am able to recieve the weather radio station very well in all situations. I will keep this radio for weather part, but am dissappointed that I cannot use it for everyday work, news and music.
