ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
These boots fit great, feel great & keep my feet very warm. The leather is thick & high quality. The shearling is thick, plush & very warm. These are the best boots I've ever owned. All I can say is quality, quality & quality!!! You will not be disappointed by these boots unless you wear them in warm weather. I have several other pairs of LL Bean boots from but these are my favorites.
I wear a 7 medium or 7 wide. I followed the sizing guide and ordered a 6 wide. They are huge! If LLBean offered a size 5 I would have ordered that. They are very warm but lack the arch support I need. That being said, they are very well made and I'm going to give the pair I ordered to my mother for Christmas (she wears a 8 wide).
I received these very well made and WARM. Take everyone's suggestions about ordering a size down. I am one who has a hard head when it comes to taking another's suggestions.
This was exactly what I was looking for. Downsizing a whole size worked well. Unfortunately, I had to return them as the left foot fit perfect but the right foot felt as if they were bunching up uncomfortably under my ankle and it slipped on my right heel. I love LLBean's products, but this one did not work out for me.
