ProsGreat Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I've been on the hunt for the perfect snow/rain boots and I've finally found them! These boots are waterproof and amazingly warm at the same time! I couldn't be happier with my choice. But, if you're thinking of getting them and live close to one of the Outlet stores-- definitely check there first. That's what I did and saved $50!
I read the size guidance on these and was hoping I could get away with a size 6 -- my usual size and the smallest size offered in these boots. Unfortunately they were enormous -- easily an 1 1/2" too long, though the width was fine. There's no way I could wear them, even with heavy socks. They would have been fine in a size 5...and otherwise I loved them. Oh well...

These boots are the Best ever! You cannot get better ones than the Original style of LL Bean boots and these are warm and very well made! We would all love to see more and more products that are made in the USA and thank you to LL Bean for the many products they offer that are made by Americans. Thanks LL Bean!
I ordered these boots and ignored the advice to order 1 size down because of some of the reviews for it. I have a 10 wide foot (that's what I ordered them in) and they were huge. I sent them back and ordered a size down so I am thinking they will fit perfectly. Otherwise, they are really nice winter boots (they feel really well made and I hope they will last a long time) that I am sure will keep me warm while I shovel snow this winter!
