My family laughed when I bought these boots because we have not had much snow in the past few years. 3 days after they came I was out shoveling snow. Fit was perfect and my feet stayed warm and dry. I would definitely recommend them.
I am new to New England and needed some winter outerwear to get me off on the right foot. I looked online, at other outdoor outfitters, but this boot was absolutely perfect for me. It is warm, keeps the water out, incredibly comfortable, and they look great! I especially love the shearling lining. It's like my former Bearpaw boot feel but more practical for being outdoors in the winter. Plus, I really love the option to folder over the tops of the boots to have a cuter look. With the boots tied with the tops down, they slide on and off so easily. I find I wear them around the house all of the time, too!
I would give these boots more stars if I could. I bought my exact size (10 1/2 wide) and they have been perfectly comfortable from the first wear. That's a lot for me to say because even my sneakers hurt after a day of wear.
Everything about these boots is perfect. They arrived on a cold, rainy day and kept my feet dry, warm, and comfortable all day. They easily fit under my straight leg jeans, and also work well if I tuck my slimmer pants into the boot.
I was hesitant to order these because I worried about how stiff they would be. That has not been a problem either. All I can say is that I am very glad I purchased them!
